Oh Buoy!

Hi everybody! I'm just stopping by to share my take on the Oh Buoy challenge. The idea is to make a layout about cruises, boats, or that just have a "boy" theme. Since 99.9% of my projects are boy-themed, this one was a piece of cake for me. Here's what I came up with:

I have been hanging onto this picture of my guys with a crazy looking chicken for years. I finally decided to use it. I used the gorgeous Summer Fun paper pack and adorable elements by Elle's Studio. I simply cut out some circles, ruffled the edges, and layered them with elements and twine. This was a super simple one!

I hope you'll play along with this challenge! Don't forget to join in the fun in the Paper Issues Facebook group! And, of course, when you're shopping in the store, don't forget to use my discount code for 20% off!

Scraplifting Manda Jane

Hi everybody! I'm just stopping by to share my take on this week's Scraplift Sunday. Today, we're lifting the amazing Manda Jane! Here's her original layout:

I really love the bright, happy look of her page. I wanted to stick with a bright color scheme, but I decided to rotate the layout. Here's what I came up with:

Sweet little Roscoe has been the subject of most of my layouts lately. The Cooper collection by Bella Blvd was just made for him. I couldn't ask for a better model! LOL!

The colors, adorable patterns, and sweet little elements in this collection definitely won me over.
