Framed!

Hi everybody. I'm back today to share with you my layout for the "You've Been Framed!" challenge. I really liked this challenge, because it gave me the freedom to do whatever I liked as long as I crammed a frame in there. LOL! Here's what I came up with:

To make the frame for my photo, I cut the center out of a cute little bookmark pennant from Pretty Little Studio. I always grab plenty of those pennants when I see them. They are perfect for use as journaling spots, for layering, or, apparently, as frames.

To make my the stack of circles, I used the free circle pile cut file. I don't use a cutting machine, but I have found myself addicted to hand stitching the free cut files lately. I simply print them on my regular printer, then adhere them to my cardstock with washi. Then, it's easy to use the image as a guide and poke holes for hand stitching.

I hope you'll play along with this challenge! Don’t forget to join in the fun in the Paper Issues facebook group! And, of course, when you're shopping in the store, don’t forget to use my discount code for 20% off!
