Tee for Two

Hi everyone. I'm just stopping by to share my layout for the Tee for Two challenge. I was a bit perplexed about this one at first, but I finally decided that it was a perfect chance to document 2019 in review. As many of you know, I have a bit of a hand stitching addiction, so I decided to try an ambitious stitching project. Here's what I came up with:

This project was definitely a labor of love. I spent a lot of hours stitching while binge watching 80's sitcoms. LOL! Although I don't have a cutting machine, I've found a lot of joy in using the Paper Issues free cutfiles as stitching templates. You can find the one I used here. I just download the file and print it on my trusty inkjet, and I've got a stitching template.

Since my stitching was so colorful, I decided to use some neutral patterned paper for my background. Although, I did use a colorful tag from Pretty Little Studio to create a pull tab for my hidden journaling. A few smudges of paint finished things off nicely.

I hope you'll play along with this challenge! Don’t forget to join in the fun in the Paper Issues facebook group! And, of course, when you're shopping in the store, don’t forget to use my discount code for 20% off!
